There are times you may want to remove a Crown from your account, such as when you share it with a friend or send it back to Neurosity as part of an upgrade program.
To unclaim your device, go to the settings page of the Neurosity app by selecting the settings icon.
Then scroll to the bottom of the page and select “Remove Device From Your Account”
Lastly, select “Yes” to complete removing the device from your account.
