Since this is a dev kit, there are times you'll want Neurosity to be able to see what you see. In order for that to happen, you need to enable support access in the developer console.
Navigate to the settings page on the developer console
Then click the toggle button next to Enable support access
When your done with us debugging your device, you may un-toggle the button to lock your device down again.
