In the event that you need to return your device to Neurosity, such as for a repair or trade-in, please make sure to:
- Unclaim the Notion.
- Ship the Notion back in the hard case that came with it. If you don't have a hard case, please contact us prior to shipping and we'll advise.
Delays in repair or refunding may occur if devices arrive still claimed by your Neurosity account. Damage is more likely to occur in shipping if the hard case is not used which can affect trade-ins, repairs, or refunds.
