In the event that you need to return your device to Neurosity, such as for a repair or trade-in, please make sure to:
- Unclaim the Crown.
- Ship the Crown back in the box that it came with. If you don't have a box, please contact us prior to shipping and we'll advise.
Delays in repair or refunding may occur if devices arrive still claimed by your Neurosity account. Damage is more likely to occur in shipping if the original case is not used which can affect membership cancellations trade-ins, repairs, or refunds.
